Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). All orders are dispatched from our facility in Everett, Washington, United States. We are not able to accept orders with a shipping address outside the United States at this time.

Delivery Timeline

Order Cutoff Time

5:00 PM (PST), Monday–Friday
Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
During this time, your order is prepared and handed off to one of our trusted shipping partners.

Transit Time

7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase required.

Sales Tax

Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no customs duties or import fees on domestic orders.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination and package requirements. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses with some carriers; if your address is one of these, please contact us before ordering.
